Alice is Social Media Manager at WWF-UK and is responsible for ensuring consistent, relevant, inspiring and scientifically credible content is shared with supporters across the organisation’s many social media channels. Overseeing a small team of community managers, engagement with supporters is at the heart of WWF-UK’s social media strategy. With experience of crisis management, Alice has worked to diffuse issues that have arisen on social media before they have had the opportunity to escalate further.
