Kevin Poulter, Partner, Child & Child

Kevin is a partner and head of the employment team at London law firm Child & Child. Kevin advises commercial and not for profit organisations, as well as senior employees and directors, on the full range of employment issues. He is well-known for providing practical, commercial advice to his clients, particularly on emerging social media issues. Kevin has spoken extensively on the impact of digital and social media on the workplace and the influence of social media on the next generation of workers. As well as presenting to professional organisations including the Law Society and Solicitors Regulation Authority, he has spoken at conferences and events for, amongst others, the Association of Train Operating Companies (ATOC), the Independent Schools Bursars Association (ISBA), the Association of Chief Executives of Voluntary Organisations (ACEVO) and the French Chamber of Commerce in the UK. Alongside his legal work, Kevin was the first Editor at Large of Solicitors Journal – the world’s longest running weekly legal publication - and frequently comments in the media on legal, digital media and diversity issues.
